HST vote confusing, wasteful

Everything about the referendum...

Dear Editor

We have to vote YES to say No. This is a typical government Orwellian double think tactic to confuse people so they don’t realize what they’re voting for. It is an attempt to manipulate voters to vote in favor of something they’re really opposed to. Most people would probably think that if you’re against something you vote no. It’s like yes we have no bananas.

I would like to suggest a referendum to get rid of the sales tax altogether.

And then there’s the waste of using three envelopes when one should be sufficient. Making us all a party to their waste mentality.
