Spring is here and the yardwork is well underway. Do you have plants to split and share?
The Ashcroft Communities in Bloom group will hold its annual Plant Swap on Sunday, May 1 at 1 pm at the north parking area of Heritage Place Park. All local residents are encouraged to bring any plants, shrubs or trees they would like to share with others.
Those who wish to take plants from the swap are encouraged to make a donation to Communities in Bloom who will use the money towards their many local projects in the Village of Ashcroft.
Each year the plant swap gets larger and more local people use it as a way to share what they have too much of and likewise to pick up what they don't have.
