Second Time Around held its monthly board meeting with its “new and old” board members Anne Bonter and Teacup, Trudy Hooper, Jane Flaherty, Loreen Martin, Ken Martin, Susan Little, Doreen Lambert, and Maria Russell Martin (missing are Jim Rymer, Laura Martin, and Glenda Ewen). The board is pleased to announce that $46,000 was given back to the community in 2015. The support in both donations and customers is very gratifying, and Second Time Around would not exist without this continued support. Volunteers are always needed for one 3-ish hour shift a week. A very special volunteer manager is still required. Come in to the store (Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for details.
