The lucky winners of the Lions’ annual raffle were drawn on Feb. 16.They are: 1st Prize - V. Martin of Briarwood of Kamloops, who won the Jo Petty original oil painting, a Stanley Fat-Man workbench donated by Irly Building Supplies, two Western Canada theater tickets donated by WCT, $50 Rona gift certificate, and a $25 Costco gift certificate. 2nd prize - Vic Schiavon of Ashcroft won the signed hockey stick donated by the Vancouver Canucks, Robert Bateman print (framing donated by Bob Linklater), and an Ashcroft swim pass donated by the Village. 3rd prize - Jim McLean of Ashcroft won a signed hockey stick donated by Kamloops Blazers, wine kit and four crystal wine glasses donated by Cork ‘n Label, Cache Creek family swim pass donated by the Village, $50 Walmart gift certificate, and $25 gift certificate and hat donated by Cache Creek Lordco. The Ashcroft and District Lions Club thanks everyone who participated in this annual fundraiser. They money raised goes back into the communities to help various causes. We couldn’t do this without your help when you buy a ticket or donate a prize.
