Community spirit is important in a small town. The Ashcroft Fall Fair provides some of that spirit, as people work together and have fun together, getting to know their neighbours. It really does take the whole community to put on a Fall Fair, so the Fall Fair committee would love to invite you to participate in some way.Have you ever thought how you can contribute? Let us help you advertise your business! You could become a Corporate Sponsor for a monetary contribution that would have your name put on a large banner displayed at the Fair. Advertise your business in our entry booklet and be added to our website. Contact us for sizes and prices as soon as possible.How about donating a crafted article or two, or merchandise from your business, to either our Silent Auction or Live Auction? Or perhaps a special gift certificate or monetary prize, in your favourite entry category. We would publicize your donation in either written or oral form, or you could choose to remain anonymous. Donations of entries and of time are also appreciated. You can enter items for judging in the Fair, showcasing your talents. You can donate your crafts, art, flowers, or garden produce to our Live Auction. You can fill a “volunteer” position to actually set up and run the Fair. Perhaps you have expertise in judging specialized or individual categories. Our Committee members will soon be canvassing local businesses and individuals for donations.
