Second Time Around, the second hand shop on Railway Ave. in Ashcroft, had a great year in 2011, giving out $20,000 in grants to local groups.
The volunteers - Anne, Bernice, Lorna, Ingrid, Susan, Joan, Julie, Percy, Maria and Bev - would like to thank everyone for their generous donations and purchases, allowing them to give out these grants.
We are only as good as the donations we receive, so please remember us when you are clearing out. We accept furniture, clothing, house wares, tools, etc. We do not accept children’s items or electronics. We have a monitored drop box in front of the store, or you can call Val at 457-9337 or Anne at 457-9781.
