The Canadian Cancer Society is asking citizens to join the fight against cancer and show support to those affected by cancer by wearing a daffodil pin throughout the month of April and in particular on Daffodil Day, April 27.

Donations from every pin go toward support services. The Society also provides transportation services and lodge accommodations along with limited, short-term financial assistance for treatment-related transportation and accommodation.

Pins can be found in Ashcroft at Peoples Drug Mart, the Ashcroft Bakery, Chris’s Under the Bridge and the Gold Trail School District Office and at the Ashcroft and Cache Creek BC Liquor Stores.
