Residential’s general municipal rate is set at 1.8556, an increase over last year’s 1.7244. The hospital portion has also gone up, from .2142 in 2010, to .2313 in 2011. The TNRD’s  portion has edged up slightly, from 1.3475 in 2010 to 1.3595 in 2011.
