The Board of Directors of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in the TNRD Boardroom, 4th Floor - 465 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC, to consider proposed Bylaw 2862, 2025.
What is Zoning Amendment Application No. BA 271, Bylaw 2862, 2025?

It would rezone the Subject Property (PID: 014-523-922) as shown outlined on the adjacent map, from AF-1: Agricultural Forestry to LA-1: Limited Access Cabin Zone to enable a renovation or replacement of dry cabin. The Subject Property is located on Red Lake, BC.
All persons who believe their interest in property may be affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to provide input at the Public Hearing. Anyone who wishes to present at the Hearing virtually (via Zoom) must contact Legislative Services prior to noon on March 25, 2025, to arrange virtual access. Anyone may also make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw 2862, 2025 via the options below, which must be received at our office prior to 12:00 pm noon on March 25, 2025. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form part of the public record for this matter.
