It is with great sadness the family of James Phillip Ballie (Phil) would like to announce his peaceful passing on October 6, 2007. The Funeral service was held on October 12, 2007. Phil was predeceased by his loving wife Nora. Phil will be sadly missed by all those whose lives he touched.
