John Adama was born September 2nd, 1940 in Amersfoort, Holland and after 75 wonderful years, he passed away on May 7th, 2016.  John immigrated with his family to Qualicum Beach in 1952  and following school, his first job took him to Dawson Creek where he met his wife of 46 years, Linda.  John and Linda started their life together in Edmonton where they had their first child Daryl.  They then settled in Ashcroft when John took a job at Bethlehem Copper and had two more children, Rhea and Kelsi.  John and Linda retired to Sunnybrae where they built their dream home together, and over the years had so much enjoyment in sharing this home with their children and grandchildren.  John was a hard-working, dedicated man who always put his family first and who could do anything he set his mind to.  He was greatly loved and relied on and will be missed so much.

We welcome all family and friends to join us in celebrating

John’s life at the Quaaout Lodge on Little Shuswap on
