On Wednesday, October 12, 2016 Marjorie Patricia Baker passed away in Ashcroft BC at the age of 89.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Philip, her son-in-law Donald Hendricks and grandson Robert Baker.
Marjorie was predeceased by her husband Charlie, her daughter Helen and son Roger.
Marjorie was born in Kamloops on December 18, 1926 where she completed her schooling and trained as an RN at Royal Inland Hospital, graduating from nursing in 1950. That same year she married Charlie and they moved to Loon Lake and had their first son Philip in 1954. Soon daughter Helen was born in June of 1957 and then son Roger in February of 1961.
Marjorie was an artist and loved painting and was active in the Art Club in Ashcroft from 2005 until her passing. She loved horses, ranching and gardening and was especially fond of roses.
