Michael Joseph Shwaluk passed away suddenly on February 25, 2004 in Campbell River.
He was predeceased by his grandfather Joseph Shwaluk.
Michael is survived and will be sadly missed by his mother Teresa (Randy); his aunt Sandy (Tom); his uncles James and Joseph; his grandma Loraine; his cousins Sarah, Hayley, Darcy, Shawn, Kianna and Jessie, his special friend Kayla and numerous other friends.
Memorial Services were held in Campbell River.
