A very much loved Mother, Gramma, GG, Sister, Auntie and Friend lost her long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 86 with family by her side.
Pat was predeceased by her father Josh, her mother May, sisters Joan and Noreen, brother-in-laws Bill and Earl.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Jocelyn and Judy, children Steven (Linda), Sandra (Daryl), Verna (David), and Carol.
Her very loved Grandchildren Jason (Carla), Carrie, Ken (Lauren), Becky, Torrey, Heather (Paul), Trevor (Rebecca), Derek (Amy), Shanda (Mike) Great Grands Megan, Corbin, Bennett, Aidan, Lucas, Avery, Raedyn and Nami.
Pat was a long time resident of Ashcroft/Cache Creek/Clinton area, before moving to Kamloops to attend Cariboo College. Mom worked at many jobs in her life, finishing her career with Ashcroft and Summerland School Districts before moving back to Kamloops to be close to her family.
Pat will be remembered for her gifted knitting projects and often shared them with charities. Mom loved craft fairs and loved her kids, she was a Browne Owl, Chauffeur for curling, school sports events and summer swim meets. Everyone on the Ashcroft Swim Team remembers her Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and aids for their compassionate care, as well as our exceptional family and friends who provided understanding and support to each of us while we were going through this difficult time.
No service by request. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Pat's name to a Charity of your choice. Mom's favourites were Cancer Society and SPCA.
