Dear Editor
For the record:
I am not the editor of The Journal. Nor am I a reporter for The Journal.
I am a freelance journalist who contributes one column a month (Cakewalk Chronicles) and human interest features or articles.
Clarification seems to be in order. Why? Because I am sometimes approached by persons to write about problems that should be dealt with by the editor/ reporter.
And, any complaints about The Journal should certainly be directed to the Editor.
