Let’s not forget the creator of the car wash

Writer urges everyone to remember Al Alberts, the original creator of the Ashcroft Car Wash.

Dear Editor

In addition to the wonderful photo and acolades to the owners of the Ashcroft Car Wash, let’s not forget Al Alberts. He was the man who had the foresight to buy the land and build the car wash. When it was sold it was already a successful business. He’s also responsible for the start up of other businesses in Ashcroft.

Please don’t forget those folks who come before – historically.
