Read that administrator Dan Plamondon defended his choice to award local road contract to McElhanney Consulting Services. The public should know why McElhanney was chosen, with the second highest bid. This company has over 100 years experience in BC, with numerous offices in Western Canada, hires qualified engineers and operates with professionalism and integrity.
Remember, you get what you pay for and the lowest bid is not always the best choice.
