Speaking out goes with sitting on a committee

Committee member shunned by TNRD directors speaks out.

Dear Editor

Re: the TNRD Board’s refusal to reappoint me to the Monitoring Advisory Committee

Just to get things clear: I have never spoken FOR the Committee, though I certainly have spoken as a member of that committee. Had I not been allowed to speak as a member of that advisory committee, I would not have wanted to be one of its members.

As for Mr. Ranta’s unfounded objection, let me just say that it was just plain silly of him to put on the front page someone he would dearly love to eclipse.
