BC Parks speciality licence plates

Residents of B.C. can now show their support for BC Parks everywhere they drive, with three new specialty licence plates produced by the province in partnership with ICBC. The new plates depict scenes from B.C.’s parks and recreation areas: the legendary Kermode (“Spirit”) bear; the snow-capped Purcell Mountains; and a view from Porteau Cove looking over Howe Sound. To view the new licence plates, go to http://bit.ly/2iNQEog.

The plates are part of the BC Parks Future Strategy, and will ensure BC Parks has new funds to invest in new programs and improvements. The BC Parks specialty plates will cost $50 for the initial purchase, and $40 for each annual renewal. They will be available for purchase at Autoplan broker offices around the province as of January 29, 2017.
