Mixed doubles test for Ashcroft player

Gloria Mertens and Kenneth Theodore paired in mixed doubles at the Sunshine Open.

Gloria Mertens of the Ashcroft and District Tennis Association and Kenneth Theodore from the Kamloops Tennis Club partnered up as mixed doubles at the Sunshine Open, where they played under intense heat and heavy competition for three days. They won all their matches and made it to the semi-finals, when they suffered their first loss. Kudos to Gloria for playing so well in her first Sunshine Open in the B level.
