A vehicle incident just south of 100 Mile House closed to traffic in both directions on Highway 97 Tuesday evening (Nov. 14).
The incident occurred between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. DriveBC confirmed in a Tweet traffic was stopped in both directions and told motorists to expect major delays. Traffic was rerouted via Highway 24.
The highway reopened at 11 p.m.
The collision occurred at the intersection of the 94 Mile Frontage Road.
