The Board of Directors of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in the TNRD Boardroom, 4th Floor - 465 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC, to consider proposed Bylaw 2814.
What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2814, 2023?
It would amend Zoning Bylaw 2400 by adding a site-specific provision to 240 Holloway Road, Tobiano, BC, (PID: 027-432-378), as shown outlined on the adjacent map, zoned RA-2: Resort Accommodation Two Zone, to allow a secondary suite within a new dwelling on the property.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to provide input at the Public Hearing. Anyone may also make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw 2814 (via the options below), which must be received at our office prior to noon on November 7th, 2023. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form part of the public record for this matter.
