NOTICE is hereby given that Cache Creek Council will hold a public hearing
on the following bylaw:
Bylaw No. 6-005, 2023 – cited as “Village of Cache Creek Zoning Bylaw
No. 423, 1990 Amendment Bylaw No. 6-005, 2023.”
for the purpose of allowing the public to make representations to the Cache
Creek Council respecting matters contained in the proposed bylaw at 6:00
pm Monday, November 6th, 2023 at the Village of Cache Creek Council
Chambers.
Applicant: Todd and Alison Heikes
Purpose: To add a site-specific text
amendment to the zoning
of the property located
at1622 Fehr Way, Plan KAP
34062, PID 001-760-459 to
allow “Storage Yard” as an
approved usage.
At the public hearing all persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall
be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in
the proposed bylaw.
Any person wishing to inspect the proposed bylawmay do so at the Village of Cache Creek Municipal Office, 1389 Quartz Road, Cache Creek B.C. between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, until Monday November 6, 2023.
