WALSH, Beverly Jean
Beverly passed away after a brave battle with cancer on March 30th, 2009 at 82 years of age with husband Edward at her side. Beverly leaves to mourn her loving husband Edward Walsh, sons Alan (Edna) Ryan and daughter Valerie as well as granddaughters Angela (Greg) and Loren, sister-in laws Mary (Charles). Martha (Glen) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Born November 27th 1926 in Virden MB she went on become to a nurse taking her schooling in Brandon MB. Edward and Beverly were married March 24th 1950 and moved to Ashcroft in 1958. Bev nursed at Lady Minto Hospital for many years. She enjoyed many good years golfing with friends. Bev loved to work in her garden and enjoyed cooking for her family always trying new recipes she would find on the internet. An afternoon to remember Bev was held Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 1:00 pm in the United Church Hall. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Box 862, Ashcroft, B.C., V0K 1A0.
