On November 17, 2004, Mariann Pearl Jeanette Purdy (nee Perry) passed away peacefully in the Ashcroft & Dist. Gen. Hospital.
Mariann was born in Humber Bay, Ontario on January 1, 1926. Mariann had moved to the Cariboo in the 1980’s and resided in Clinton, up until 2003, when she became a resident of the Long Term Care Unit at Ashcroft & Dist. Gen. Hospital.
She is survived by three brothers, Glen, Allan (Doreen), and Robert and a sister Esther. She had many nieces and nephews, George, Elgin, Darryl, Melanie, Leslie, Patricia, Gary, Rosemary, Pearl, Tod, Donald, Angela and Holly, all who reside in Ontario.
Memorial Donations can be made in Memory of Mariann to the “Environment Committee” of the Ashcroft Health Site.
Burial of ashes will take place in Ontario. There was a Memorial Service for Mariann on November 27th at 2:30 at the Ashcroft & District Gen. Hospital, Long Term Care Unit.
She will be sadly miss by her family and friends.
